Partner Terms
Last updated: 7 May 2026
These Partner Terms summarise the day-to-day rules of the tutti bear partner programme operated by DAT SUPPLY LTD (company number 16756227, England and Wales, registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom). They sit alongside our full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, the Terms of Service prevail.
1. Partner relationship
The partner programme is an independent, non-exclusive promotional relationship. You are not our employee, agent or representative. You earn commissions on confirmed sales attributed to your personal code, on the terms set out in the contract you signed and the dashboard you have access to.
2. Your personal code
- You receive one or more personal discount codes scoped to a tutti bear store.
- Codes are issued to you personally and may not be transferred, resold or stockpiled.
- Self-purchases using your own code are not commissionable.
- We may rotate, pause or replace codes for security or commercial reasons with notice.
3. Commission tracking
Commissions are calculated from confirmed orders that attribute to your code through our analytics, at the rate and on the commissionable revenue set in your tier. Tracking is provided as-is on a best-effort basis. Where attribution is ambiguous we will make a reasonable, good-faith decision and document it in the dashboard.
4. Hold periods, refunds and chargebacks
Commissions are held for the period shown in your tier (typically 14 days) to absorb returns. Commissions tied to refunded, cancelled or charged-back orders are reversed. If a reversal happens after payout, it is offset against future commissions. You may raise a dispute through the dashboard within 30 days.
5. Payouts
- Payouts are processed monthly in EUR once the minimum threshold is met.
- You are responsible for keeping your payout details correct and current.
- You are responsible for declaring this income and paying any tax due where you live.
6. Misuse, fraud and prohibited activity
The following will result in commission reversal, suspension or termination:
- Self-purchases or coordinating purchases through your own code.
- Fake orders, refund-bait, paid-traffic stuffing, cookie-stuffing or click farms.
- Bidding on tutti bear branded keywords on paid search.
- Spam, unsolicited messaging, impersonation of the brand or misleading advertising.
- Sharing your code on coupon-aggregator sites or off-brand discount channels.
7. Brand and content rules
- Disclose the partnership clearly in every post (#parceria, #ad, #publi as applicable).
- Use approved logos, product names and imagery only as provided in the brand kit.
- Do not make medical, therapeutic or unverified health claims. tutti bear products are food supplements and must be described as such.
- Respect content cadence and review windows configured for your account.
8. Suspension and termination
Either side can end the relationship at any time. We may also suspend access immediately if we suspect fraud or material breach. On termination, access to the dashboard ends and unpaid commissions remain subject to the hold and reversal rules above.
9. Data and privacy
We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. You have the standard GDPR rights, including access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. Contact privacy@tuttibear.pt to exercise them.
10. Governing law
These Partner Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may enforce the terms in your place of residence where required by law.
